Greeña Colada Smoothie {AIP, Paleo, Dairy-Free}

This "green" spin on a tropical piña colada is high in healthy fats and protein, so it will stick with you for hours and support healthy blood sugar levels. Here's why it's important to get off the blood sugar rollercoaster. I also love the big dose of chlorophyll and fiber this smoothie provides. I N G R E D I E N T S

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup ice

½ medium-ripe avocado

3 cups spinach

2 scoops collagen protein (optional)

1 Tbsp whole chia seeds

1 cup coconut water

½ cup canned full-fat coconut milk

D I R E C T I O N S

Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, adding water to thin, if needed.
