July is Blueberry Month: Try a Blueberry Smoothie!

This gorgeous smoothie tastes as good as it looks! Power it up even more by adding a tablespoon of acai powder and hemp protein powder. Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries, organic
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit (including cantaloupe, honeydew, peaches, strawberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup milk (rice, almond, coconut, cashew, dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp raw vanilla bean powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Enjoy.
